How shipping works
All FurrFresh orders are fulfilled automatically once placed. You don't need to do anything — as soon as your payment is confirmed, your order is picked up by our fulfilment system and sent on its way.
Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the product and your location. Some items may arrive sooner; others, especially larger or specialized products, may take the full 7 days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, no surprises.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear.
Delays & exceptions
While we do everything we can to keep deliveries on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather or customs inspections for international shipments).
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us, and we'll investigate right away.
Common questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made while the order is still processing. Contact us as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability depends on your location. Available destinations and any associated costs will be shown at checkout.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if the order hasn't yet been dispatched. Because fulfilment is automated, please contact us immediately after placing the order if you need to cancel.
